    Job Description:

    A global leader in online competitive and market intelligence is hiring an experienced sales operations specialist to drive organization-wide optimization projects.In this role, you will explore and research the existing sales organization, find weak spots and opportunities for optimization as you go and prioritizing your findings to generate maximal value. You will create new processes or change old ones, standardize common tasks and implement technological tools as necessary to provide sales teams with the best possible infrastructure.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Spot sales organization flaws or weak spots for optimization.

    Standardize tools, processes, interfaces, and reports.

    Prioritize necessary optimization, collaborate internally to carry out multiple projects.

    Job Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience in sales operations or similar.
    • Experience working in SalesForce. Certified - advantage.
    • Proficient in Excel.
    • Native English speaker.
    • Project management background.
    • Experience in SaaS ecosystems - strong advantage.
    • Analytical, methodical, able to research and crack difficult questions.
