This includes analyzing and understanding each client account and their respective challenges, as well as fitting them with pinpoint data solutions and account expansion offers fit for their position.
Understand client requirements and business needs.
Tailor effective pitches for each client account and drive for upsells and account growth.
Develop full and outstanding knowledge of the company's offerings and products.
Meet and beat your sales targets.
Manage incoming upgrade request pipeline and optimize workflows to fully answer all clients.
Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and executives.
Manage activity via SalesForce and create effective sales forecasts.
Report to the director of Inside Sales.
3+ years of experience in account management in B2B ecosystems.
2+ years of experience in inside sales or account management with upsell opportunities.
Fluent, high level English.

Strong analytical skills and research abilities.
Outstanding communicator and negotiator, able to carry out presentations and build strong relationships.
