A young & successful analysis services start-up, focusing on which recently accomplished round B`s money raising, is looking for a Digital Marketing Director to develop and execute the company's digital marketing activities, with a special focus on paid digital marketing and SEO.
Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website that converts to Marketing Qualified Leads.
Track conversion rates and make improvements to the website.
Develop and manage paid and non-paid digital marketing campaigns in Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and other social channels.
Utilize a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
Oversee the social media strategy for the company.
Improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website .
Work closely with the marketing VP and global marketing team to build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
Manage external digital marketing agencies (e.g. SEO, PPC, Web developers, etc.).
Past Experience in managing PPC, SEO, social media and email marketing programs.
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices & ability to learn as things change.
3-5 years experience in B2B company.
Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role.
Hands on experience with Google Analytics, Marketing Automation, Wordpress, AB Testing.
Team player, willing to collaborate with our geographically spread out team.
