A super-successful startup building operations-supporting SaaS products and recently funded is hiring a talented inside sales expert.In this role you will own and nurture key B2B client accounts, building strong relationships and suggesting the best solutions for their business requirements at every step of the way. You will provide your clients with communication and support, becoming an expert on the product and representing its advanced features with your clients.
Followup on high-quality B2B leads to engage in sales.
Develop strong, lasting relationships with key clients and their relevant stakeholders.
Troubleshoot client issues and provide support to finalize onboarding.
Coordinate onboarding with sales and operations teams.
Know the product inside and out, and leverage your expertise in order to provide your clients with maximum value.
Meet and beat sales targets.
Experience in SaaS sales or account management.
Outstanding client-facing communication skills and business senses.
Able to self manage and multitask within deadlines.
