A successful start-up building market-leading B2B SaaS solutions used by the largest companies in the world is hiring an experienced product and marketing specialist to delve deep into data and truly understand what makes users tick - enabling product developers to optimize company offerings.
In this critical role, you will find ways to communicate and engage users with company features - finding the best way to present each offering and deliver maximum value, while internally optimizing and changing features and products to fit user requirements and preferences as learned when communicating with both data and users directly.
Communicate and support new feature and product adoption.
Understand user requirements and preferences directly.
Work with product managers to iterate and optimize according to findings.
Drive platform adoption, upsell ratio and other profitability KPIs.
Translate user pain points and experiences into actionable insights and changes.
2+ years of experience in product or product marketing roles with user facing research.
Tech savvy, familiar and comfortable with analytics, performance platforms and other SaaS tools.
Working experience in Google Adwords and/or other performance campaign or analysis roles.
A relevant degree.
Hands on experience as a PPC specialist - advantage.
Working experience with JIRA - advantage.
Vast understanding of digital advertising, adtech platforms and auxiliary tools.
Fluent, high level English.
Energetic, driven, able to build strong relationships with clients and gain insight.
