    Job Responsibilities:

    • 3+ years of Team management & building experience - a track record of successful team leadership and management, including setting and achieving performance goals.
    • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and other departments.

    • At least 7 years of experience advertising with Google Ads (Search, Youtube, Display), Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads in global markets
    • Experience with managing large budgets (more than $10M per year)
    • At least 2 years of experience in people management
    • Familiarity with advanced measurement and testing frameworks such as attribution models, incrementality testing and MMM
    • Proven experience in launching and efficiently scaling paid media channels
    • You are a self-starter with a proactive attitude, taking initiative and seeing projects through from start to finish.
    • Not mandatory, but it’ll be great if you also have:
    • Experience in tracking, measurement and reporting infrastructure (e.g. GTM, Data studio, GA4, Mixpanel)
