    Job Responsibilities:

    Use a quantity of quality data sources to monitor and analyze the conversion rates of the products and services of the company.

    Identify what should be measured and how, and what are the goals for which the company aiming.

    Develop and execute a strategy and testing plan of conversion rate optimization.

    Generate monthly reports based on test results and other ongoing initiatives.

    Monitor industry trends and new product offerings to stay up to speed and ahead of the competition.

    Job Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Field of study relevant to digital analytics preferred.
    • Experience: 4 – 6 years of work experience in digital marketing or e-commerce. Minimum 2 years of CRO specific experience, with a track record of end-to-end planning and execution.
    • Experience in mobile, web and app CRO, as well as website optimization.
    • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
    • UI/UX/website design experience a big plus.
    • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in implementing and using Google Analytics (Premium), heat maps and A/B-multivariate testing tools such as Google Optimize, Optimizely or similar.
    • Demonstrated testing experience leading to conversion rate improvement, via previous case studies.
