In this role, you will develop tools and data analytics solutions focused on our CRM and SalesForce activities. You will join a new elite team focused on client strategy, and in it, you will define data-related processes and flows, define client segmentation processes, control KPIs and lead the way to improve them through data and business analysis.
Track company KPIs focused on CRM and client services activities.
Develop relevant reports and dashboards giving stakeholders an instant understanding of their unit's performance.
Develop data processes and advanced reports generating actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
Work closely and optimize marketing, sales, and client-facing activities.
2+ years of experience as a business analyst, data analyst or data scientist in SaaS companies.
A relevant quantitative degree.
Deep SalesForce experience and understanding.
Proficient in Excel and SQL queries.
Proficient in Tableau or similar data visualization tool.
Fluent, high level English.
Analytical mastermind able to spot patterns and data opportunities in every set.
Certified in SalesForce - advantage.
Experience in mobile SaaS companies - advantage.
Experience working in customer success, client service, technical support or CRM operations - advantages.
