    Job Description:

    An up-and-coming content-discovery and marketing platform is recruiting junior customer success specialists or new professionals seeking their first step in a growing global ecosystem.In this role you will face some of the largest brands on the planet, ensuring our platform serves them well and making adjustments for their benefit, tracking all campaign performance and driving optimization projects to improve results, handle marketing operations and campaign setup, and in all ways ensure your assigned clients get the most out of our innovative content platform.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Provide and support clients in using our platform.

    Manage client campaigns including set up, reporting, attribution and results.

    Implement tagging, tracking, file uploads and other technical aspects of marketing operations.

    Develop and optimize creatives for your client accounts.

    Maintain high quality across various materials and campaigns.

    Revise and iterate campaigns and activities in a transparent manner.

    Collect and deliver user feedback and requirements to product teams.

    Job Requirements:

    • Experience in customer support or success roles - advantage.
    • Native english speaker with great communication skills.
    • Positive, proactive, friendly.
    • Organized, responsible, strong multitasker.
    • Analytical with performance orientation.
    • Self-learner with preference to fast-moving ecosystems.
