  Job Description:

  A leading worldwide technological company, providing top IT  management solutions is looking  to recruit an awesome candidate who will contribute to the Sales department as an experienced Enterprise Account Manage

  Job Responsibilities:

  Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to Enterprise customers
  Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
  Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports

  Job Requirements:

  • Mother Tongue English- A must
  • Additional languages- Advantage
  • Enterprise Account Management background in high tech companies minimum 5 years- A must
  • Experience with upselling and cross-selling existing clients - A must
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
