Join an innovative startup developing physical parenting and family-oriented patented products and already successful in 60+ countries, and lead their marketing efforts both online and offline.In this strategic role, you will take the reins of a marketing organization and build overall strategy as well as per-channel tactics. You will manage all marketing and MarCom duties, either directly or by activating and managing service providers, while constantly analyzing and optimizing all activities and channels to meet our business objectives. In addition, you will spearhead digital marketing and eCommerce activities and establish a positive ROI for online activities.
Build overall marketing strategy for online and offline channels.
Develop company and product messaging and drive brand awareness activities.
Manage multiple digital and offline campaigns from concept through full implementation, analysis, and optimization.
Develop eCommerce channels.
Create materials and collateral for relevant channels.
Coordinate marketing with distribution and sales organizations in 50+ countries.
5+ years of experience in B2C marketing management roles.
Experience in co-marketing and distributor marketing (B2B2C).
Native level English speaker.
Proven record of meeting and beating business targets and solving complex challenges in B2C marketing.
Vast understanding of current channels, platforms and marketing opportunities.
Great interpersonal and communication skills, able to interface and positively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Outstanding marketing writer able to craft effective communications.
