    Job Description:

    An extremely successful Global B2B SaaS company that specializes in website building is looking for an experienced ABM Demand Generation.
    The ABM Demand Generation will be in charge of the entire lead gen funnel, optimizing it to get relevant Sales Qualified Leads through ABM platforms, while investigating new lead generation streams, testing them, and achieving KPIs.
    The ideal candidate is a data-driven person that has business understanding and significant experience in B2B marketing & tools.
    This is a key role in a strategic team that proactively supports business growth by providing high quality leads for the sales team.

    Job Responsibilities:

    - Ramp up their account-based marketing: Support the sales outbound motion to target accounts with campaigns that capture the interest of their large buyers through paid media, email marketing, curated lists, dedicated assets and more.
    - Partner with BDR and the sales team to generate sales pipeline- assess and analyze campaign performance, identify drivers or detractors of campaign performance and create actionable next steps.
    - Build a strong intuition of our audience, audience segmentation and identify buyer personas to inform content and channel strategies.
    - Collaborate cross- functionally with Growth Marketing, Product, Content Marketing, Website/Ops and Design team members to initiate new multi-channel campaigns.
    - Manage and continuously test, measure and optimize campaigns and supporting activities to generate predictable sales pipeline (demos, opportunities).

    Job Requirements:

    • 3+ years experience working in Demand generation in the B2B SaaS space.
    • Experience managing large nurture programs and ABM outbound campaigns at scale.
    • Proficiency using CRM’s (like Salesforce and HubSpot) Google Analytics, Adwords, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other sales engagement tools.
    • A passion for driving a deep understanding of full funnel performance metrics and revenue attribution. Strong report building and data analysis skills.
    • Excellent communications and strong relationship building skills with a deep understanding of sales cycles and motions.
    • Thrive in a fast-paced environment: You’re hungry for rapid growth and pioneering a new market in opposition to existing competition.
    • Intuition for channels: Extensive experience with segmenting audiences and developing integrated lifecycle campaigns. Ability to drive our partners and vendors to deploy best practices and achieve results.
    • Fluent, high-level English (written and oral)
