A fast-growing start-up company with a super popular and usefull product is looking to hire an Acquisition Team Leader. In this role you will will play a strategic role in their ambitious growth plans for 2020. That means taking a key part in setting up UA strategy, managing some big marketing budgets across multiple channels, and best of all - hiring your own team of professionals, to help you accomplish these goals. That being said, they still expect you to get your hands dirty and know your accounts from the inside out.
- Own all user acquisition channels - Organic and Paid - Grow and maintain all major marketing channels - Google, Facebook, Youtube & Bing - Test and develop all relevant alternative channels - Taboola/Outbrain, Linkedin, Twitter, etc - Manage and monitor marketing budgets, with an ROI-driven marketing strategy - Work closely with revenue and product teams to leverage all assets into successful marketing campaigns - Manage SEO activity and harvest huge content resources into quality organic traffic - Set clear KPIs and ensure ongoing measurement and assessment accordingly - Build, hire, train & manage a leading acquisition team
At least 2 years of experience in managing a performance-based marketing team, responsible for multiple marketing channels
Must be a hands-on PPC expert. (Facebook is a must, Google is a big plus, and every other PPC channel will be most welcomed as well)
Must be familiar with SEO. Hands-on experience is a plus but not mandatory
Experience with Media Buying or Affiliate marketing - a big plus.
Must be great with numbers
Ability to create media and budget plans, define tests and measure success
A “Can-do” and hands-on mentality, growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement
Highly familiar with Google analytics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Creative abilities and some copywriting skills - advantage
