    Job Description:

    The number one commodity manufacturer in its industry in the world is looking for an Acquisition Team Leader to join the e-Commerce team with the goal of improving results, increasing revenue and helping to grow the fastest growing business within the company. The e-Commerce unit provides digital support to various global markets, helping to shape and execute the company’s global e-commerce vision. This truly unique opportunity combines joining a great group of people and a business unit that is growing, developing and moving FAST.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Own and evolve our paid and non-paid demand generation strategies via various channels (SEM, Social, affiliates, SEO, ASO) and distribution partners
    • Build and closely monitor media plans in line with CPA, budget and LTV targets. Set aggressive targets for revenue and conversions from all online channels and ensure these KPI’s are being met
    • Implement testing methodologies to ensure constant improvement of KPI’s, including response and conversion rates and multivariate testing
    • Establish models that ensure efficient spend and allocate to the most efficient growth channels
    • Identify and introduce new innovative and creative acquisition channels and sources
    • Lead and mentor a team of marketing top talents and oversea a multimillion budget

    Job Requirements:

    • 7+ years in online marketing managing and optimizing large scale campaigns, in a variety of verticals, countries and languages in B2C/e-commerce field
    • Proven success managing and scaling acquisition teams and revenue, experience in cross-functional managerial roles
    • Expert in online tracking, reporting tools, attribution models and with optimizations of various acquisition and conversion journeys and flows
    • Full proficiency in MS Excel is a MUST
    • Strong data analysis skills and ability to focus sharply on driving incremental value, as a 'way of thinking', ability to analyze independently and drive insight from complex multi-source data
    • Full proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
    • Strategic thinker with hands-on mentality and desire to create immediate impact
    • Creative problem solver with excellent interpersonal skills, hardworking, methodical, team player
    • Out-of-the-box thinker. Ability to identify and launch innovative marketing channels, strategies and campaigns and generate new cost effective revenue streams
    • Ability to take direction, work under pressure, build great relationships with colleagues Across functions and always remain exceptionally well organized
