A great company that specializes in the planning and buying of digital media across a variety of channels is looking for an experienced Affiliate Account Manager to continue their growth and success!
·Proactively find and onboard new publishers, which includes: recruiting them, signing, implementing postback, testing and assisting them in completing API integration. ·Respond to inquiries and requests from publishers (affiliates), manage and follow up on their accounts daily, through online communication and in-person (onsite/remote). ·Introduce affiliates to CPI offers that match their individual business models. ·Maintain and up-sell accounts to increase the number of offers they run. ·Resolve technical issues related to campaigns, such as issues with tracking links and post back. ·Collaborate with the Advertiser Management Team to review, optimize, and ensure the success of campaigns based-on KPIs. ·Issue newsletters to promote top offers. ·Availability to attend industry conferences (~twice a year).
At least 1 year of Account Management experience in the Affiliate Advertising industry.
Excellent technical, communicational and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables, formulas (vlookup) and statistics.
Experience working with Affise, Hasoffers or other related Affiliate Management Systems.
Technical knowledge of APIs, tracking links, tests, HTML and other tech-related to affiliation.
Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects and work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Strategic, proactive, tech-savvy and creative thinker.
Must be fluent in English – native level is a strong advantage.
