    Job Description:

    An innovative operation management platform which seeks to form new and exciting ways to establish teams is seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager & media buyer. The Affiliate Manager should be up for exciting and new challenges and will play an important role in being a communicator and taking the company to the next level.

    Job Responsibilities:

    -Acquire new partners to grow the affiliate/publishers scheme
    -Analyze campaign activity to ensure affiliates/publishers deliver the best ROI
    -Ensure campaigns are kept within budget and maximum ROI is achieved
    -Manage the channel's budget, including commission and budget spend
    -Oversee all affiliate/display campaigns
    -Deliver marketing reports to senior management
    -Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives, and bonuses for the affiliate /publisher scheme
    -Develop an affiliate marketing strategy with the aim of recruiting new affiliate partners and direct publishers and delivering sales volume
    -Ensure timely and accurate invoicing by networks and affiliates
    -Work on display CPM/CPC deals with direct publishers and sites
    -Become an expert in affiliation for the B2B market; maintaining a focus on revenue, ROI & scalability. The first 12 months will include creating a brand new affiliation programs

    Job Requirements:

    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the role of an affiliate manager
    • Experience working with large budgets
    • Strong partnership management skills 
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
    • Effective sales and negotiation skills 
    • Driven and results-orientated 
    • Effective reporting and presentation skills 
    • A good understanding of tracking technology 
    • Ability to work to tight deadlines 
    • Fluent in English (an additional language would be a bonus)
