A global leader in the online comparison market, influencing consumer decisions and connection to brands using digital assets and technological solutions is looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to become a Business Unit Leader.
-Direct management of the business development team within the sector -Lead and coordinate cross-department initiatives, including sales, client management, marketing, product, analytics, finance, legal and content -Establish financial and operating targets and ensure alignment with the strategic plan -Ensure that clients receive the highest level of service -Understand and apply client expectations and budgets into a quarterly and annual plan -Execute initiatives involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development -Lead all bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly industry meetings with all stakeholders in attendance.
A natural born leader with 5+ years of experience managing a department, a business unit or a company of at least 10 employees in the internet industry
Strong general management orientation
Excellent English, verbal & written
Strong communications skills, ability to work with many interfaces
3+ years of experience in sales or account management roles, including experience working with C-Level executives at large companies
Proficiency / good working knowledge with various online marketing channels (PPC, SEO, Social, Display, etc.)
Excellent analytical and Problem-solving abilities
