• Manage a CRM team of a big sports betting brand • Plan and oversee the execution of the CRM plan across all channels and apps • Manage optimization and report all relevant KPIs and other campaign measurements • Hands-on management of administrative and Back Office systems • Create working procedures for the team in order to improve delivery and minimize error • Plan the automated player journeys and handle maintenance. • Ensure promotional campaigns use all available marketing tools • Initiate projects that will improve our offering and retention, take part in relevant project and coordinate with relevant departments across the business. • Report to stakeholders on all activity and plans – weekly and according to needs
At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar position
Creative and detail-oriented
Knows how to work in a multi-cultural environment
Excellent interpersonal skills, an aptitude for teamwork, and the ability to brainstorm
Native Spanish – must
Excellent English communication skills
Experience in email marketing
Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, communication providers.
Bachelor’s degree –Preferably in Economics, Business, Marketing, or other analytical domains.
