    Job Responsibilities:

    ๐Ÿ‘ย Identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners
    Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and driving product adoption
    ๐Ÿ‘ย Use data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Facebook solutions
    ๐Ÿ‘ย Work and collaborate with a diverse group of internal cross-functional teams
    ๐Ÿ‘ย Media & Measurement Strategy and Implementation
    ๐Ÿ‘ย Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against KPIs
    ๐Ÿ‘ย Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery
    ๐Ÿ‘ย Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance
    ๐Ÿ‘ย Project Management and Internal Operations
    ๐Ÿ‘ย Project manage complex work streams
    ๐Ÿ‘ย Oversee internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account set up, etc.)
    ๐Ÿ‘ย Understand and execute global marketing
    ๐Ÿ‘ย Drive and measure brand and performance metrics

    Job Requirements:

    • High intellectual curiosity and hunger to learn in ambiguous environment
    • Good relationship & communication skills. Ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively in a team
    • Ability to act as a consultative agent to a client, establish meaningful relationships and drive clients to actions
    • Ability to travel as needed for client and agency meetings (est. 1x per month on average)
    • Project management abilities, with experience completing projects with minimal direction with high attention to detail. You are able to prioritize your work, focus on impact and take initiatives. Ability to manage complex work streams while maintaining strict attention to details
    • Demonstrated analytical thinking & data analysis that resulted in delivering actionable insights/recommendations. Advanced Excel skills, experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights
    • Proven record of using data to solve problems: knowledge in SQL is a great advantage Effective and creative problem solving and decision making skills
    • Hebrew speaker - mandatory
    • BA/BS degree - would be an advantage but not mandatory
    • Demonstrated knowledge of digital media platforms, advertising success metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, funnel management, retention, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships, CRM) - would be an advantage but not mandatory
    • Knowledge and previous experience in Fintech (Financial Technologies) and/or Online trading - would be an advantage but not mandatory
    • Experienced working directly with marketing, media and/or consulting companies having demonstrated leadership experience - would be an advantage but not mandatory
    • Experience working effectively with cross functional teams and all levels of management - would be an advantage but not mandatory
