    Job Description:

    An innovative e-learning company is looking for an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead all marketing efforts as well as develop the strategy and vision. The CMO will have responsibility over: business and market development, market research, digital marketing and brand development.

    Job Responsibilities:

    - Define marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives
    - Develop a feasible marketing plan for the department and oversee its day-to-day  implementation
    - Effectively manage digital and social media marketing activities through building a digital presence and bringing the company’s brand to life
    - Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.)
    - Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals
    - Create a solid network of strategic partnerships

    Job Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Chief Marketing Officer or a similar role
    • Demonstrable experience in developing business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.)
    • Extensive experience leading B2C marketing strategies
    • Experience with analytics, knowledge of CRM systems and monitoring tools
    • Strong peer collaboration skills and demonstrated success working across different functional areas
    • Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
    • Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channels
    • A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities
    • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) in English
