  Job Description:

  An industry-leading tech company providing various solutions for outstanding digital marketing is looking for an engaged and proactive individual to take on the role of Content Marketing Leader.
  Your primary duties will involve devising and executing the content strategy to drive demand goals.

  Job Responsibilities:

  - Orchestrating the development and execution of a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our demand generation goals and ensures the timely creation of high-quality, optimized content.
  - Managing the content calendar, ensuring deadlines are met and all content is published as scheduled.
  - Conducting keyword research and optimizing all content for on-site SEO, working closely with support entities such as our SEO agency.
  - Collaborating with the design team to ensure all content is visually appealing and consistent with our brand guidelines.
  - Managing and maintaining robust relationships with external content providers and freelancers, ensuring delivery of quality content in line with our brand guidelines.
  - Providing regular reports and analysis on content performance and suggesting strategies for improvement.

  Job Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in SEO with a focus on content strategy and operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written English - Native level an advantage.
  • A proven record of self-motivation, indicating the ability to start and complete tasks without external direction.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • A "can-do" attitude, hands-on mentality, growth mindset, and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Proven experience working with WordPress & Elementor - an advantage.
  • Experience with project plans execution according to clear deadlines, deliverables, and goals.
  • Self-learner, problem-solver - you know how to get things done.
  • Good communication skills - a team player.
  • Able to work well under pressure in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to enjoy happy hours, annual trips abroad, and generally having fun in the best department in the company.
