Primary content writer for our CRM team, creating simple, engaging content for all promotional and operational email communication, push notifications, SMS and other channels.
Partner with our Product team to understand the requirements of new projects and write UX content that clearly explains the product and actions we expect the customer to perform.
Provide all-around marketing content service to the wider organization, meeting requirements for landing pages, ads, brochures, website and more.
Contribute to the blog and Support Center with content promoting the new and existing services, explaining the why, what and how.
BA in communication, marketing or anything else that would make us say, “hmmm that’s interesting”
3+ years in content marketing with experience writing for UX and CRM
Experience writing clear, simple content within a product including instructional text, error and confirmation messages and automated emails
Experience writing promotional content that focuses on the value it brings
A true believer in customer centricity
Someone who welcomes feedback, edits, and changes – no room for ego
Multi-tasker who accepts multiple assignments, adapts easily to changes and always meets deadlines
Produce copy in a quick turn-around time while maintaining high quality standards
