The CRM director will have a clear goal to maximize the engagement, lifetime value, and the experience of customers. You’ll define and develop the retention roadmap and strategy around customer lifecycles, journeys and segments and turn those strategies into actionable programs.
-Develop multi-channel retention strategies to increase customers’ engagement, lifecycle, and revenue. -Leverage data to understand cohorts’ behavior, identify areas of opportunity and execute projects. -Grow the percentage of active users for a variety of cohorts and segments. -Obsess about magic moments that change user behavior and implement tests. -Cultivate strong relationships with colleagues across different departments to drive impactful projects beyond emails to change cohorts’ behavior. -Own and manage key aspects of customer communications including concept creation, execution, monitoring and analysis (KPIs include: LTV, retention/churn, loyalty) -Ensure brand voice and style is delivered in all touchpoints. -Initiate marketing campaigns aimed to improve retention
5+ years digital marketing experience with demonstrated success in increasing LTV and engagement.
Strong data analysis skills and ability to focus sharply on driving incremental value.
Hands-on knowledge and comfort with email marketing (concept and operations).
A creative mind who can blend behavioral data with a deep understanding of user needs through qualitative insights to formulate assumptions.
Excited about creating true user value, not only driving short-term conversion.
Expertise developing and implementing CRM programs on email, including lifecycle, cross-sell, upsell and retention campaigns
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, including how to effectively convey insights and ideas.
