The Digital Marketing Manager will develop the paid media strategy across channels - Facebook, Google, Linkedin, content and more, plan remarketing campaigns and shape digital copy and messaging across channels. This includes researching and analyzing markets, audiences, competition and testing for optimal messaging and targeting settings for each channel.
Develop digital paid media strategy as well as traffic and search marketing efforts
Optimize budget constantly to reach the best mix of channels for every marketing project
Understand company products, their value proposition, and key messages to effectively communicate it through digital channels
Drive social media strategy development, perform A/B tests, ad copy comparisons, conversion analysis and guide both copy and landing page optimization accordingly
Provide recommendations for optimization on a regular basis, and constantly research for new paid media growth opportunities
3+ years of experience leading digital marketing efforts
Vast hands-on experience with Facebook ads
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Linkedin ads and other digital marketing platforms
Proven experience leading B2B performance campaigns
Proven experience in analyzing audience groups and generating effective targeting for campaigns
Experience optimizing via A/B tests and conversion analysis
Current knowledge of tools, platforms and opportunities in digital marketing
Works well within a team, excellent communicator with internal and external stakeholders
