    Job Description:

    A smart digital company specializing in high-scale online campaigns that, in terms of marketing budget spent, is probably one of the largest global companies operating from Israel is looking for a Director of Clients. In this role you will serves as the primary contact for the company's clients, always seeking to generate unique value and insights. Leading a team of Account Managers in strategizing and executing overall marketing initiatives. As Executive Management Team member, promoting the culture and values, initiating growth and propelling business opportunities.

    Job Responsibilities:

    - Grooming and nurturing the Account Managers Team: structuring methodology & standards, educating and continuously providing feedback and direction to team members
    - Developing and fostering deep understanding of the clients’ business and marketing needs across all professional teams
    - Planning and coordinating client, ad campaign managers, and the creative team efforts to refine and execute and marketing activities
    - Ensuring that clients’ short and long term goals are being met, and troubleshooting client-company issue
    - Building and maintaining close professional collaborative relationships with the clients
    - Actively pursuing new business & on-boarding of new strategic clients.

    Job Requirements:

    • Passion and experience in leading people and teams
    • B2B client-relations management experience
    • Client management and communications experience with C-level executives
    • General PPC experience for various online platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google, Bing, YouTube, Taboola).
    • Ability to solve marketing problems through a methodical, analytical, and data-driven approach
    • Experience with Microsoft Excel (Accent and MySQL are an advantage)
    • Superior organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
    • Data driven decision making and creative problem solving
    • Must be confident, articulate, and possess strong presentation skills
    • Native English speaker (preferably US)
