A product company developing unique technology for personalization is looking for a Director of Growth. As Director of Growth, you will be responsible for both scaling current channels and generating new opportunities. You will bring a balance of analytical, creative, and strategic thinking to defining a marketing strategy, executing and analyzing impactful campaigns, and identifying new avenues for acquiring customers effectively. This role requires a mix of analysis, strategy, operational excellence, and collaboration, as you work with different internal and external parties.
Develop a holistic, scalable growth strategy to drive effective customer acquisition
Oversee all paid customer acquisition efforts, including (but not limited to): SEM, Social, email, paid content syndication and paid media partnerships
Own and efficiently scale the growth marketing budget allocating spend and optimizing channel mix to hit customer acquisition targets efficiently
Identify opportunities for innovation and experimentation; test creative strategies while rigorously supporting assumptions with data
Measure and analyze campaign effectiveness, and produce regular forecasting and reporting.
Apply insights to improve results as aligned to business objectives
Build and mentor a high-performing team of growth marketing pros
4-6 years of performance-driven digital marketing experience, with proven direct-to-consumer success
Bachelor degree in economics, sciences, marketing communications, or related
Entrepreneurial approach; self-motivated and innovative, with a high degree of personal ownership
Analytical rigor to measure results, apply insights from data, and optimize toward specific targets
Strong communication skills to collaborate across the business and ability to work with senior management
