A well-funded rapidly-growing startup offering an AI-powered analytics engine is looking for a Director of Product Marketing, to be responsible for the product positioning, solutions and messaging.
This role is pivotal for the company’s success and will focus on market trends, consumer needs and vendor differentiation to assure a competitive edge. Based on industry verticals and personas, the Director of product marketing will develop high-quality product messaging which maximizes the strengths of every marketing and communication channel to raise product awareness in the market. You will be responsible for product launches (in liaison with product management) to ensure a successful and integrated introduction to the market, via sales and partner enablement and ongoing activities to drive revenue. Report to CMO.
· Collaborate with product management, sales and marketing teams to define and execute GTM strategies to drive awareness, conversions, pipeline growth, opportunities, market leadership and sales · Manage a small team of product marketing managers, content writers and community manager to drive and support key initiatives including sales & partner enablement, product launches, campaigns, analyst engagements, thought leadership, competitive analysis · Own and drive content creation including solution data-sheets, demos, videos, blogs, webcasts and impactful sales/partner enablement tools (with industry, persona and use cases in mind) · Proactive support of sales and partner channels across all geographies to help them meet their business goals (enablement activities, key assets/tools) · Develop and deliver persuasive presentations for different audiences and platforms including executive briefings, analyst briefings, industry events, webcasts, and trade shows.
6+ years of Product Marketing/Product Management experience
Team Leading experience
Mother Tongue level English
Strong understanding of the enterprise software industry (RPA knowledge a huge advantage)
Highly motivated product leader experienced in driving cross functional initiatives in a global, matrix organization.
Excellent storyteller who can translate technical features into clear, compelling and memorable stories for a range of audiences
Proven people, project and program management
Business and analytical skills to conduct market analysis as well as develop and execute GTM plans
Proven sales and channel enablement experience
Comfortable working with C-level stakeholders
BS/BA in a technical or marketing discipline required, MBA preferred
