As Director of Social Acquisition, you will be responsible for both scaling current channels and generating new opportunities. You will bring a balance of analytical, creative, and strategic thinking to defining a marketing strategy, executing and analyzing impactful campaigns, and identifying new avenues for acquiring customers effectively. This role requires a mix of analysis, strategy, operational excellence, and collaboration, as you work with different internal and external parties. - Develop a holistic, scalable growth strategy to drive effective customer acquisition - Build and mentor a high-performing team of growth marketing pros - Represent the company and participate in various conferences and client meetings - Crack what makes potential consumers tick and build a performance strategy around it - Have a macro strategic orientation, while utilizing a hands-on approach where needed - Identify opportunities for innovation and experimentation; test creative strategies while rigorously supporting assumptions with data methodologies and channels.
4+ years working in Online Performance Marketing, experience with Media Buying - advantage
Deep understanding and experience working with Video, Facebook, and CPI
Business and Strategic thinking
Proven record in launching new campaigns from scratch
Exceptional analytical abilities as well as emotional intelligence
Comfortable crunching large numbers and working with statistics
