A leading global lifestyle and interior design brand is expanding and seeking an eCommerce developer and operations manager able to coordinate and lead complex website implementation and problem-solving.In this role, you will lead a team of several developers and operations specialists in maintaining, expanding and streamlining every aspect of our eCommerce online stores and transactions. This includes initiating and implementing new solutions and optimizations, solving technical issues and improving the overall performance of our eCommerce operation.
Maintain, monitor, manage and improve web store operations, uptime, features and data processing.
Solve technical issues across platforms and channels independently as well as alongside IT team.
Develop new features and improvements to our eCommerce offering seeking to improve revenues, reduce costs and optimizing processing time.
Lead a team of 4~ eCommerce developers and operations specialists.
Manage and escalate technical support cases as needed.
Perform routine checks on all systems and ensure their continued peak performance.
3+ years of experience in eCommerce web development roles in B2C or B2B2C companies.
A relevant degree.
Proven experience leading teams and complex projects involving multiple functions.
Proven experience in global platform implementation or maintenance.
Experience working in Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar eCommerce platform.
