You will be managing a team of SDRs with a remit to expand and will be reporting to the VP of Marketing & Growth. -Managing a team of 5-SDRs with a remit to expand and continue to do so throughout the next 2+ years -Scaling the processes and execution to reach Unicorn status in 2 and a half years. -Improving the Outbound SDR team performance -Will maintain and achieve 100% perfect data in the Salesforce CRM -Work closely with the VP of Marketing -Attending management meetings. -The ideal candidate will be agile and be able to both execute and think strategically at the same time. -Experience in selling SaaS software into the Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM market is an advantage.
