  A leading player in the fine art industry, dedicated to curating desire and celebrating the world of Fine Art.
  The gallery leading the art world with worldwide locations in NYC, Miami, London, Aspen, and many more, and they have a global team with hundreds of members.

  Job Responsibilities:

  As the Growth Director you will be at the forefront of driving B2C growth through various marketing strategies, both paid and organic initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and lead the organization's profitable growth efforts across multiple channels, ensuring an impactful presence in the market.
  Your analytical skills, creative thinking, and leadership capabilities will be essential in leading a team responsible for PPC, SEO, Content Marketing, Marketing Automation, and more.

  You'll be working from one of the most luxurious work environments in the world, in the beating heart of Tel Aviv, A private building in the middle of Rothschild Ave, a private roof, incredible views, and the best restaurants nearby.

  Develop and execute profitable growth strategies to increase quality
  Utilize the KPIs defined for each growth initiative to measure and optimize performance.
  You will lead a talented team of PPC, SEO, Email Marketing, and Marketing Automation experts.
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with marketing and business goals.
  Present growth results to C-level executives in a clear and impactful manner.

  Job Requirements:

  • 5 years of proven experience in developing profitable paid and organic growth strategies
  • 3 years of experience in building and leading teams of 3-5 people
  • 2 years of experience in managing media budgets of over $2myr
  • 3 years of hands-on experience managing multi-million budgets in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Etc.
  • Proven experience in paid or organic B2C verticals such as e-commerce, tech, and/or digital marketplaces.
  • At least 2 actual examples that show how you managed to triple revenues
  • Demonstrated success in driving growth through PPC, SEO, and Content Marketing, increasing user engagement, and optimizing conversion rates.
  • Hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Salesforce, Mailchimp, and other marketing stacks
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with C-level stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in the art industry or luxury brands is a huge plus.
