A fast-growing startup in the TravelTech industry is looking for an experienced, passionate, and strategy-to-execution Head of UA to join their Growth team, take on the paid media channels, and build the UA team from the ground up.
Hire, onboard, manage and mentor the other UA team members when the need arises
Own paid media strategy - Collaborate with the different stakeholders across the company to plan and execute the company's paid strategy across all channel
Ideate, plan, launch, measure, scale and optimize new countries, funnels, channels, concepts, and test plans
Lead all day-to-day aspects of the paid activities (copy, creative, analysis, decision-making)
Set the teams’ KPIs, priorities, and project plans - and ensure outstanding delivery
Make sure the team and the company as a whole are at the forefront of UA technologies, strategies, and best practices
Create a robust measurement and reporting infrastructure for the UA team for KPI monitoring and decision-making
