Build the content strategy for a developing consumer brand informed by user insights, SEO opportunities and performance challenges
Solidify the brand’s tone of voice that reflects a happy balance between playfulness and credibility and apply with scrutiny and diligence across content creation
Define the processes that turn business requirements and consumer insights into engaging content
Manage the production of content by both in-house and freelance writers, from devising specific briefs for content assets (articles, reviews, blog posts, and others), to monitoring quality and editing submitted content - turning it from good to amazing
Keep a finger on the pulse of the latest trends in content marketing and implement relevant innovations
Collaborate with branding, product, marketing and business development teams to build a leading consumer brand
5+ years of experience in editorial and content creation roles
3+ years of experience in online content marketing
Native English speakers only (UK English – advantage)
Understanding in the field of online gaming and sports - an advantage
Experience in building content strategies from the ground up
The ability to drive creative content that performs and appreciation for the value of A/B testing and a KPI-focused mindset
