    Job Description:

    Our client is a world-class leader in the mobile advertising industry with offices in Europe (London), US (SF, NY) APAC (Seoul, Tokyo, Beijing) and Tel Aviv is looking for an experienced and talented Head of International Publisher Development. Your primary responsibility will be to build an
    independent international business development team, in order to expand to new territories outside
    North America. In addition, your responsibility will be to maximize business opportunities
    and achieve revenue targets, by showing a high-level of business development skills, as well as taking
    part in the core decisions and actions that shape the company vision and strategy.

    Job Responsibilities:

    - Managing and supporting the account management and yield team, monitoring client services to ensure targets are being met
    - Developing a go-to-market strategy including budgets and target lists, as well as lead qualification processes
    - Maintaining high levels of communication and transparency with management, cross-functional teams, and business partners
    - Helping define the business development team processes, goals, and KPIs
    - Overseeing the full sales life cycle for prospective deals and managing global relationships with large digital publishers, ensuring the team’s best practices and performance in this arena
    - Driving partnership performance, engaging with key potential clients, and building the brand among industry leaders

    Job Requirements:

    • Vast knowledge and experience in the programmatic advertising industry, and ability to “open doors,” find the most suitable partners, and get them on-board
    • 3-5 years of previous experience in similar roles and in leading business activities in the online industry, as well as familiarity with the ad-tech industry/online-advertising market
    • Strong network and relationships in the online industry and proficiency in the digital advertising landscape and where it is heading
    • Excellent managerial skills, including recruitment
    • Self-starter and independent, able to multi-task, and great time management skills
    • Versatile and flexible, with ability to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced working environment
    • Inter-cultural sensitivity and enthusiasm for working across multiple cultures and time zones
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels of an
    • organization
    • English – mother tongue proficiency - must
