In this role, you will establish and lead the activity in order to drive improved and transparent media performance for the clients, leveraging programmatic benefits (improved efficiencies, data activation, real-time buying, etc.).
Programmatic is the fastest growing area within Media, and this company is poised to be a leader within the space by offering clients a different model and a holistic solution.
Establish the programmatic infrastructure and recruit the team
Manage programmatic campaign activities over multiple platforms
Manage media-buying-related technologies, including DSPs, DMP, 3rd party ad servers, etc.
Define performance indicators and track results to optimize activity
Devise strategies for programmatic and develops tactical media plans
Be well versed in all key accounts
Maintain clients’ campaigns including onboarding, project management, execution, reporting, communication, etc.
Interface with internal teams to drive a deep understanding of the company's capabilities
Identify key opportunities for account growth within both existing and potential clients
Build and maintain relationships with media representatives to maintain business partnerships; provide account updates and briefings for industry trends
3+ years of experience managing full cycle programmatic campaigns
Extensive experience in Display and native monetization, preferably with large publishers
Hands-on experience with Google DFP and Header Bidding environments
Proven experience leading campaigns over multiple platforms and channels, on both supply and demand sides
Fluent, high level English
Technical understanding focused on programmatic media platforms
Strong analytical skills – a must
Fast thinker, fast Implementer
Multitasking skills and ability to adapt quickly to changes and trends
Familiarity with Facebook, YouTube, Taboola, Outbrain - advantage
