    A global e-Commerce consumer startup, industry leader, growing fast and operating mainly in the US market. The company owns a unique and self-developed technological e-commerce platform that connects global artists to global consumers to create stunning hand-painted and personalized wall art. With over 10,000 five-star ratings on TrustPilot, they have become the leading photo-to-hand-painted portrait service in the world.
    The company has offices and team members around the globe. They lead a flexible-hybrid work environment in their headquarters, located in north Tel Aviv.
    This role is strategic and impactful, providing a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing eComm leader.

    About the position
    They are looking for a hands-on expert-level Head of User Acquisition to join the growing team and help support the massive growth!
    You will be responsible for 6-figures a month budget and performance-driven campaigns in multiple platforms; Facebook, Google, TikTok and more.
    Overseeing the work of Google Ads and Paid Social Media managers (2-3 employees) and reporting to the company’s CMO.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Own and evolve our paid demand generation strategies via various consumer channels (SEM, Social, Native advertising, CTV and more)
    • Establish models that ensure efficient spend and allocate to the most efficient growth channels
    • Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize revenues and ROI
    • Track and optimize CAC through constant improvement of tools, tracking and optimization of campaigns and funnels
    • Build and closely monitor media plans in-line with CPA, budget and LTV targets
    • Set aggressive targets for revenue and conversions from all online channels and ensure these KPI’s are being met
    • Implement testing methodologies to ensure constant improvement of KPI’s, including response and conversion rates and multivariate testing
    • Identify and introduce new innovative and creative acquisition channels and sources
    • Lead and mentor a small team of marketing top talents and oversee a multimillion $ budget
    • Support our global expansion by smartly targeting more Geos and languages
    • Identify opportunities to increase traffic and maximize revenues
    • Implement testing methodologies and best practices to ensure constant improvement of KPIs
    • Keep up to date with industry trends and identify new opportunities

    Job Requirements:

    • 5+ years of successful progressive experience, 2+ years in managerial roles
    • Proven experience in performance marketing (SEM, social media, Conversion optimization, analytics & technology)
    • Successful track record in leading revenue driven and cost-effective business growth at scale (min 1M$).
    • Expert in online tracking, reporting tools, attribution models and with optimizations of various acquisition and conversion journeys and flows.
    • 2+ years of experience managing high-budget B2C campaigns
    • 2+ years of experience in a global eCommerce company
    • Hands-on experience in Search, YouTube, GDN, Google Shopping, FB/IG and TikTok
    • Experience with native advertising, SnapChat, Twitter and Pinterest - an advantage
    • Demonstrated experience in growing web traffic and converting visitors into buyers
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze large sets of data, draw conclusions
    • and implement action items.
    • Strong communication skills and high-level English (read, write, speak).
    • Relevant academic degree – an advantage
