  Job Description:

  A well-knon gaming company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join the growing Influencers UA team. As a User Acquisition Manager, you will manage high-scale and global campaigns on a variety of streaming platforms. This is a hands-on, data-centric role, where analytics and cross-department collaboration are essential parts of the day-to-day work.

  Job Responsibilities:

  Manage, own and grow high scale user acquisition activities (PC & Mobile) across different streaming platforms, particularly Youtube and Twitch
  Hit aggressive KPI targets through ongoing optimization, innovation and testing.
  Collaborate with other departments, such as Product, Research and Creative Studio to develop and improve UA strategies and activities.
  Develop new insights, testing methodologies and process improvements for UA, analysis, and internal workflows.
  Be on top of market and industry trends
  Lead big projects from start to finish including multiple stakeholders while communicating it clearly and meeting deadlines.

  Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on Influencers marketing experience - Must
  • Exceptional analytical skills and experience working in a metrics-driven environment - a Must
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written - a Must
  • Deep understanding of the influencers’ ecosystem. If the names Shroud, Jontron or Mr’ beast don’t ring a bell - rethink your application
  • Proficiency in excel and the entire office suite
  • Exceptional Business Development skills, high emotional intelligence in order to develop close collaboration with internal stakeholders as well as external partners
  • Proactive and Innovative – someone who thinks outside the box, always interested in the latest trends, building their own opportunities forward
  • Gamer mentality - someone who appreciates the story, mechanics and progression of various kinds of games
