    Job Description:

    A leading worldwide technological company, providing top IT  management solutions is looking for a inside sales manager to join its growing sales team.  The inside sales manager will support company sales and marketing efforts, generating and qualifying leads from multiple sources including events, trade shows and inbound leads.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Handle new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up.

    Manage client relationships and take care of up-selling.

    Understand customer needs and requirements, provide quick response time.

    Close sales and achieve monthly quotas.

    Serve as an expert of all of the company's products and services and relay its benefits to end consumers and grow existing contracts.

    Perform effective online demos.

    Have a strong understanding of the ITSM sector and competitors handling RFP’s/ RFI’s and contracts.

    Possible attendance to Industry Trade Shows -International Travel required

    Job Requirements:

    • 3+ years of proven Inside Sales experience.
    • Track record of achieving Sales quota.
    • Strong Technical Understanding and/or previous ITSM industry experience.
    • Previous Software and Solution selling experience.
    • Strong phone presence and experience contacting and handling dozens of calls per day.
    • Proficient with web presentation tools.
    • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce.com or similar).
    • Native English speaker with outstanding communication skills.
    • Determined, driven, tenacious, success-driven.
