Map, plan, develop and manage the lead journey from the first contact (watching an ad, hearing about us) to the paying point
Pinpoint the key “moments of truth” we should interact with the lead
Come up with creative and multi-channel (mainly digital) activities to create memorable experiences
Work with others to get potential customers to join the journey and to create these experiences
Make sure the journey is as automated as possible to allow scalability and maximum efficiency with as little human “interference” as possible
Set KPIs that are “lead journey oriented” and support our company goals (global and scalable)
Measure the lead journey, based on data collected during the process, and optimize its structure and components
5+ years working in marketing automation/growth marketing positions
Experience in building a comprehensive marketing strategy, applying strategies of non-traditional creative solutions, and funnel optimization, for B2B audiences.
Experience with user acquisition using Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and others, for a SaaS company.
Love for numbers, analysis, reports, and A/B testing. Experience in measuring impact and value of campaigns and touches, using best-practice analytics and testing protocols.
Analytical thinker with experience in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Google Optimize, or other A/B testing tools.
Understands marketing metrics and KPI’s and how to assess them
Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and working with others to meet deadlines, ensure quality and accuracy, and tracking results
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
