    A dynamic MarTech company specializing in cutting-edge data infrastructures and solutions is looking for a Web Analytics Team Lead. The company offers the best solutions for programmatic advertising, analytics, data and advanced measurement, empowering some of the largest brands to harness the full potential of their digital presence and optimize their marketing strategies.

    Job Responsibilities:

    - Leadership: lead, mentor, and inspire a team of web analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
    - Technology Expertise: Stay updated on the latest web analytics tools, platforms, and industry trends, ensuring our team is at the forefront of data technology
    - Strategy: Play a pivotal role in shaping data-driven marketing strategies for clients, providing guidance on optimization and improvement
    - Solution Architecture: be the main architect for clients' smart data solutions. Conduct in-depth analysis of web data, user behavior, and campaign performance to identify opportunities
    - Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their objectives and translate data into actionable insights to drive their marketing strategies
    - Reporting: Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations that effectively communicate findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders

    Job Requirements:

    • - +2 years of working as a Data Analytics Team Lead
    • - 5+ years of experience as a Data / Web / Marketing Analyst
    • - Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on marketing and product/process analytics skills
    • - Experience in Digital Marketing including business terminology and consumer behavior
    • - Experience using one or more of these languages: SQL / JS / R / Python or similar with large data sets
    • - Hands-on experience working with Google Tools: GA, GTM, Data Studio / Looke
    • - Cloud platforms: GCP / AWS or other cloud platforms with emphasis on BigQuery and Snowflake, or similar - MUST
    • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
    • - Understanding of complex data modeling projects
    • - Excellent Hebrew and English - be able to manage and communicate with customers and professional partners
