    Job Description:

    A start-up company with cyber security-focused SaaS solution offering virtual private network services is looking for a Marketo expert to join the Demand Generation department and lead the marketing automation channel. The candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing global automated, data-driven and segmented marketing communications.

    Job Responsibilities:

    -Own the marketing automation processes in Marketo, including segmentation, campaign set-up, nurture track creation, landing page and forms creation and management, Marketo analysis, and working to enable automated processes throughout the marketing campaigns
    -Streamline data syncing behaviour and data collection requirements to be more scalable
    -Build, A/B test, launch and optimize email and nurture campaigns to maximize results
    -Improve client segmentation processes based on lifecycle stages in order to increase the effectiveness of campaigns
    -Troubleshoot and QA campaigns, workflows, data issues, and other key marketing ops functions and ensure accurate synchronization between the Marketo and Salesforce databases
    -Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure automated campaigns achieve company goals, including ensuring internal team members are able to maximize their use of Marketo for success
    -Maintain marketing database in Marketo, which includes building smart lists and meaningful database segmentation that span across specific market segments and job roles
    -Monitor database hygiene, performing ongoing data cleansing to maintain the health and accuracy of the marketing database
    -Perform maintenance and manage technical and operational aspects of Marketo
    -Assists with lead routing, list uploads, and data management between sales and marketing systems
    -Ensures lead-scoring process is followed to pass qualified leads to sales and improve conversion rates
    -Track, analyze and report on performance metrics

    Job Requirements:

    • B.A or BS.c
    • Highly proficient in spoken and written English
    • Minimum 3 years of marketing automation experience specifically with Marketo
    • Marketing experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of developing and implementing marketing campaigns in Marketo
    • Deep understanding of RCM and lead scoring metrics
    • Database and CRM experience (pulling data, cross referencing, importing, and maintaining subscriber attributes)
    • Experience working with Salesforce CRM
    • Proficiency with marketing, technology, marketing automation, demand generation, lead to revenue management, and digital marketing terms and concepts
    • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
    • A strong analytical and data-driven personality; experience with turning data into actionable insights with the ability to track and report on marketing KPIs
    • Experience designing complex decision-tree-based campaigns/workflows
    • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, other front-end web-related languages
    • Knowledge in email deliverability and CAN-SPAM/CASL/GDPR compliance
    • Excellent email marketing and lead nurturing campaign skills
    • Relevant B2B, SaaS or cyber security industry experience is a strong advantage
    • Marketo certification preferred
