The ideal candidate for the Marketing Team Leader should be an energic, independent and organized individual, eager to lead digital campaigns helping to drive new user growth through Paid Media channels as well as oversee content, branding and report building.
The Marketing Team Leader will be working in a dynamic and fast paced environment, managing a team of content, social and design professionals while being hands-on within all performance marketing activities from campaign creation to analysis and optimization.
• Create acquisition campaigns within multiple online channels including Search, Display, Paid Social, Direct Email and others • Use proven methods of testing and analysis for optimization • Adopt a data-driven approach to manage campaigns directly as well as agencies to achieve goals and ROI targets • Conduct forecasting and estimations on the profitability of campaigns • Research qualified keyword lists and keyword mining • Oversee content and branding strategies • Work closely with the other teams and stakeholders to ensure acquisition goals are met • Own the entire acquisition funnel including campaign ideas, implementation, and conversion
2+ years of previous experience in Digital Marketing
In depth familiarity with different acquisition channels and tools
High level knowledge of tracking and attribution for funnel optimization
Experience managing a marketing budget including working with agencies
High level of English & experience facing the U.S market - must, Mother Tongue level - preferred
Passion for Marketing and a Strong analytical ability
