    Job Description:

    A world-leading specialized social network with over 90 million global users that gives the joy of discovering your past and empowering your future.
    They are looking for a Mobile App User Acquisition Manager to help them grow the mobile apps business.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement user acquisition strategies to drive growth and maximize the number of app installs, subscriptions, and ROI for the company’s existing and future mobile apps.
    Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across various channels, including social media, display advertising, search advertising, and mobile ad networks.
    Continuously analyze user behavior and optimize conversion funnels to improve user acquisition and retention rates.
    Use analytical tools and data analysis techniques to monitor user acquisition performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
    Stay updated with industry trends, the competitive landscape, and user behavior to inform user acquisition strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
    Work closely with marketing, creative, engagement, product, and business analytics teams to align user acquisition efforts with overall business goals and drive app growth.
    Manage user acquisition budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize spending to achieve maximum ROI.
    Conduct A/B tests, implement new ideas, and explore innovative user acquisition techniques to improve campaign performance.
    Keep up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in user acquisition and mobile marketing.

    Job Requirements:

    • Proven experience (2+ years) in mobile app user acquisition.
    • Strong understanding of mobile marketing ecosystem, mobile advertising platforms, and tracking methodologies.
    • Proficient in using attribution, analytics, and engagement tools (such as Appsflyer, Localytics, Moengage etc.) to track and analyze user acquisition metrics.
    • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media advertising, search advertising, programmatic advertising, and mobile ad networks.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Creative thinking and a passion for staying up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
    • ASO experience is an advantage.
    • Knowledge and experience in mobile app engagement via emails, push notifications and in-app messaging — advantage.
