A hyper-growth digital media startup with several high-scale online properties and AdTech platforms, that specializes in explosive growth marketing technology and complex data models for real-time media attribution and optimization, is looking for a Revenue AdOps Manager. In this position you will work cross-functionally to increase our revenue streams by successfully developing, managing, and optimizing their display and video ad integrations. The ideal candidate is data-driven, hands on, and has a proven track record of success in the AdTech industry.
Job Responsibilities:
● Continuously Research and Test new ways to improve Website Monetization & Yield ● Work with SSP/Exchange Partners to debug tech/inventory issues to ensure successful launch of programmatic campaigns on time ● Help with the optimization strategy for website ad technologies, auction reserve prices, Header Bidding, Server to Server, tracking pixels, etc. ● Use partner optimization and revenue analysis to identify opportunities to increase efficiency, recommend workflow changes, implement new technical solutions, etc. ● Identify, analyze, and interpret trends/patterns in complex data sets. ● Drive innovation by staying up to date on industry best practices and emerging ad technologies.
Job Requirements:
2+ year in an Ad Ops, Revenue Ops or Ad Tech Experience
Bachelor’s degree (or relevant work experience)
MUST love and be curious about data analytics and how that affects the bottom line
Team player and “can do” attitude
Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge (Pivot Table, VLOOKUPS, SUMIF, etc.).
Advanced knowledge of DFP/GAM, programmatic, header bidding and/or Video monetization - is a plus
Deep understanding of digital advertising, SSPs and DSPs.
