Job Responsibilities:
Setting, optimizing and scaling campaigns on Taboola and Outbrain in order to achieve company goals Identifying trends in real-time and taking action accordingly Generate performance reports for all major metrics, goals and KPIs Provide creative suggestions and ad ideas Run ongoing A/B Testing on different activity parameters
Job Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on experience managing performance-based campaigns on Outbrain and Taboola.
Proven track record of managing large-scale advertising budgets ($250K+) and delivering successful results.
Experience in B2C campaign management.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, Vlookup, and advanced formulas for data manipulation and analysis.
A can-do approach, growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement.
