This role reports to the VP of Strategy and is responsible for the pricing and packaging of the company's entire product suite. The Pricing Manager will collaborate with multiple teams across the company to blend market insights, product offering, competitive standing, and internal data into effective pricing and packing plans that are a win-win for the company and its customers.
Develop and implement pricing & packaging plans for the entire product suite
Perform various analyses of the product-market fit, such as customer segmentation, usage, and churn, and drive insights to inform pricing and other business decisions
Design processes and data infrastructure to support the continuous improvement of pricing & packaging
Continuously monitor the effectiveness of our pricing plans through analysis and tight collaboration with our Sales, Customer Success, and Partners teams
Provide operational support to promotional campaigns and deal quotes
3+ years of experience as a Pricing Manager/Strategy Manager/Product Marketing Manager/Business Analyst or similar roles
Exceptional analytical skills with ability to collect, organize, and analyze ambiguous data to drive solid conclusions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong project management skills
Excellent proficiency with modeling techniques
Intellectual curiosity about customer psychology and decision-making
Experience using statistics to analyze data-sets - an advantage
Experience working with a SaaS company - an advantage
