You’ll collaborate with all departments from data, CS, marketing, and biz-dev to mock up new features and work closely with R&D to bring them to life. As part of the product team, you will have an important rule in establishing the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to product launch up through a continuous cycle of planning, analyzing, implementing strategies, and ongoing evaluation. The company's mission is to motivate, educate and inspire the world to think quicker and perform better with a unique visual reaction training experience.
• Translate product strategy and RoadMap into detailed product requirements, user stories, and wireframes. • Take responsibility for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle - market research, gathering and prioritizing user stories, defining the product vision, writing specs, working with UX and R&D, and defining the core product messaging. • Take part in the company change into a subscription based app. • Plan and design the app’s UX/UX and improve the daily experience of thousands of trainers and athletes. • Collect and analyze a wide range of inputs to identify opportunities to make sure your team is always working on the most impactful things. • Evaluate the team’s solutions through qualitative methods such as user interviews, usability tests & surveys along with data analysis and AB tests. • Lead the design of features from conception to launch. • Review and analyze data from within, marketplace, competition, etc., to better understand the ecosystem and incorporate this understanding into the product work. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless delivery of features. • Measure and track the adoption and impact of all features together with the R&D, Data and support team.
3+ years of experience as a product manager with a proven track record of delivering impactful products - must
Mobile experience is required
Experience with SaaS products/ consumer products – Advantage
Strong UX/UI sense, hands-on experience in creating wireframes
Degree in Engineering / Marketing / Business Administration
Experience in working with R&D teams in an agile environment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to come up with creative solutions to complex issues
