Specializing in machine learning artificial intelligence (“AI”) technologies, to help clients and digital agencies worldwide optimize their paid marketing campaigns. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Programmatic Media Strategist Lead to build and lead the programmatic department from the ground up. As the Media Strategist , you will be responsible for developing and executing programmatic advertising strategies to drive the success of the digital advertising campaigns.
- Strategy Development: Developing and implementing programmatic advertising strategies in alignment with the company's business objectives. - Campaign Management: Overseeing the execution, management, and optimization of programmatic ad campaigns across various platforms to ensure they meet performance targets. This includes A/B testing, bid management, and audience segmentation. - Team Building and Leadership: Assembling and leading a programmatic advertising team. This includes hiring, training, and mentoring team members, and ensuring they have the resources needed to perform their jobs effectively. - Vendor and Platform Management: Establishing and maintaining relationships with various ad exchanges, DSPs (Demand Side Platforms), SSPs (Supply Side Platforms), and data providers. Managing contracts and negotiation of deals.
Bachelor's degree - must.
Advanced degree - advantage.
Proven experience (3+ years) in programmatic advertising specifically DV360, including campaign management, audience targeting, and optimization.
Management experience - advantage
Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, DMPs, ad exchanges, and ad networks.
Data-driven mindset with expertise in analyzing campaign metrics and leveraging data insights to drive performance.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex concepts and strategies to stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and drive innovation in programmatic advertising.
Outside-the-box thinking to come up with new solutions to improve the overall media buying efforts.
