The successful applicant will have skills in performing strategic work in analyzing, defining, developing, project management and also working hands-on in Automation workflow design, development and deployments.
Work closely with customers to drive value from the company's platform
Be involved in the full life-cycle of RPA solutions, from requirements gathering to design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of end to end solutions
Analyze customer requirements and develop proposals of technical solutions
Define high-level information architecture for RPA Solutions
Create strategic roadmaps (business & technical deliverables, duration, cost and resource estimates, business case development)
Train customers on site in a cool innovative solution
Install RPA on customers' infrastructure and cloud
2+ years of experience working with global clients as in a role combining technical and business aspects (Technical Account Manager, Customer Success etc.)
Strong familiarity with the latest Automation solutions/business processes
Project management experience working with client stakeholders, R&D and Product
Strong technical orientation - qualification in industrial engineering or another relevant discipline
Exceptional interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication skills are a must
Experience helping businesses to achieve their objectives by analyzing their current state and target state, and creating automation strategies and roadmaps to achieve business objectives
Excellent English - spoken and written communication and documentation skills
Knowledge of new automation technologies, eagerness to learn new technologies and perform independent research to develop new services
25%-50% travel is required
Experience with agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM, DSDM) - Advantage
