    Job Description:

    An innovative, well-funded product company seeking to change the global Robotic Process Automation market with advanced machine learning is looking for an experienced Enterprise RPA Professional Services Expert.

    The successful applicant will have skills in performing strategic work in analyzing, defining, developing, project management and also working hands-on in Automation workflow design, development and deployments.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with customers to drive value from the company's platform
    • Be involved in the full life-cycle of RPA solutions, from requirements gathering to design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of end to end solutions
    • Analyze customer requirements and develop proposals of technical solutions
    • Define high-level information architecture for RPA Solutions
    • Create strategic roadmaps (business & technical deliverables, duration, cost and resource estimates, business case development)
    • Train customers on site in a cool innovative solution
    • Install RPA on customers' infrastructure and cloud

    Job Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience working with global clients as in a role combining technical and business aspects (Technical Account Manager, Customer Success etc.)
    • Strong familiarity with the latest Automation solutions/business processes
    • Project management experience working with client stakeholders, R&D and Product
    • Strong technical orientation - qualification in industrial engineering or another relevant discipline
    • Exceptional interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication skills are a must
    • Experience helping businesses to achieve their objectives by analyzing their current state and target state, and creating automation strategies and roadmaps to achieve business objectives
    • Excellent English - spoken and written communication and documentation skills
    • Knowledge of new automation technologies, eagerness to learn new technologies and perform independent research to develop new services
    • 25%-50% travel is required 
    • Experience with agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM, DSDM) - Advantage
