    Job Description:

    A company offering groundbreaking intelligent sensors can see through walls and objects and track and map everything happening in an environment in real-time is looking for a dedicated and passionate Sales Development Representative to join the growing marketing and sales team. The role requires building and nurturing relationships with prospective clients and helping to develop and lead the outreach to prospects as well as to be the first point-of-contact for inbound leads.

    Job Responsibilities:

    -Support sales force on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts
    -Align with internal teams to efficiently and effectively handle the lead-to-prospect process
    -Monitor and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and follow-up with our salesforce
    -Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
    -Innovate lead generating strategies through cross-departmental projects with our marketing and sales force by bringing creative lead generation ideas

    Job Requirements:

    • Native English speaking and writing skills - a must
    • At least 2 years’ experience working in a SDR or similar sales-oriented role for hi-tech companies - a must
    • Demonstrated experience in creating, leading, and managing a lead qualification and outreach process
    • Possess a strong work ethic, have a hunger to learn, try new tactics, and make connections with prospects
    • Have experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other similar lead prospecting
    • Must be an excellent problem-solver and be willing to address objections in a constructive manner
    • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM systems - a plus
    • Undergraduate degree in Business, communication, or other relevant fields
